Provided presentations to students on academic success strategies, such as test preparation, test anxiety, effective study skills/habits, career orientations, presentation skills

Created, organized, and implemented a student mentor program for students with learning difficulties

Helped MLI students linking successful completion of MLI Course to their career

Informed students of special services available to them at the MLI for remediation, academic assistance and other needs. (LRC, English Club, life long Learning opportunities, Virtual English)

Convinced undecided MLI students to remain at MLI and complete their course

Screened classes for conduct problems; sleeping in class, tardiness, excessive absenteeism, lack of motivation, grief, depression

Helped in answering or referring students’ inquiries on evaluations and assessments

Processed, verified, submitted students’ permission and leave requests and followed up on them and kept records

Conducted daily rounds through the Z Team labs and classrooms and located any seating, lighting, technological, or ventilation problems

Accompanied VIPs during their visits at the MLI

Coordinated, organized, implemented the final result of the MLI-student-of-the-year contest with both MLI academic and military administration
